Sunday morning Bible class is currently studying Back to the Basics. Wednesday evening Bible class is in the minor prophets.
Today is First Sunday First Fruits. Tables are set up in room 4 for food items.
Please pick up a communion pack when coming into the auditorium if you will be joining with the Lord’s Supper.
Today, about 5 minutes after the worship, we are planning 15 minutes of prayer in the fellowship room for Southside.
The First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Study Group is planned for Tuesday at the building at 6:30 p.m. with food provided. Please see Dan Giombi for details.
If you are ill or have had recent contact with someone who is ill, please stay home. There is no evening worship at this time.

Special Events
David and Angelique Reynosa are planning to renew their vows on their first wedding anniversary and we are invited to witness the ceremony at Southside on Saturday, December 9 at 2:00 PM.
Fireside matinee outing to Scrooge the Musical is being planned for Saturday, December 9, 2023, arrive 10:30 am. Contact Sandie Copass.
A youth Christmas party (lunch, ugly sweater competition, and white elephant gift exchange), is planned for December 10, 1 PM. ($10 limit on the white elephant gifts) See Kevin for details.
Staci Geenen and Dean Sellenheim have invited Southside to join them as they are married, planned for December 16, 2023 at 11:00 am at the building.
A Children’s Christmas Crafts Party is being planned for Sunday December 17 from 11:30 to 4 in the fellowship room. Lunch is to be provided for children. Age 3 and up (maybe lower). A sign up at the youth bulletin board is for children and adults helping with crafts or food. Please sign up by Sunday December 9. See Margaret Franzen for details.
An advent service of hope called “Blue Christmas” is planned at Southside, 7:00 pm, Wednesday, December 20. A Blue Christmas service provides a quiet and contemplative worship service that honors our loved ones and is well-suited for those who recently lost loved ones, or had another hard loss. All are invited.

Margaret Franzen is in need of empty plastic quart mayonnaise jars for a children’s craft, before December 17.
The York College chorus is coming to perform at Southside on Thursday January 4 and will be needing food and overnight housing. If you can help, please let Kevin Morrill know.
The next Red Cross Blood Drive at Southside is planned for Friday December 29 2023, noon to 5. Make an appointment at redcrossblood.org or call 800-733-2767.
Regular Events
The Thursday Morning Ladies’ Bible Class is studying each week at 10 am. Please see Peggy Koch or Allison Morrill for details. A Zoom meeting is also planned.
“Color More Worry Less” is planned Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Please see Christine Saunders for details.
Mid-week study at the building, Wednesday, 7 pm. A Zoom virtual meeting is also set up.
A time of prayer is planned for the second Tuesday of each month at the building, 7:00 p.m., and after morning worship on the first Sunday of each month.

There’s a special group of people here at Southside that are ages 55 and older, called Club 55. They hold fellowship events, things for other age groups, and service projects that reach out to Milwaukee and beyond.
