Sunday morning Bible class is currently studying Corinthians. Wednesday evening Bible class is looking at parables. A 6:00 PM Sunday evening Communion and Devotional Service can be requested by Wednesday if needed.
Please pick up a communion pack when coming into the auditorium if you will be joining with the Lord’s Supper.
Brentwood Church of Christ Vacation Bible School for all ages, June 24-28; 6:30-8:30 PM nightly. Theme: “The Redemption Ranch”.
Before the Bowman Family moves to Arkansas so Patrick can teach at Harding, we are planning a Farewell and Potluck Fellowship Meal in their honor after worship June 30. If your food item needs to be cooked or baked, please bring it in a crock pot or slow cooker so that the ovens may be used to keep things warm. A box is being set up to collect cards in the side foyer.
Our periodic CCLI reporting has started. Any song copies made during the next few months should be reported to Cliff Copass.
Special Events
Vacation Bible School is being planned at the Hampton Avenue Church Friday July 15 – 19 (6-8PM) 5705 W. Hampton Ave. with the theme “Shine”. Classes are planned for all ages, Pre-K thru adults. All are welcome – invite friends and family.

A Men’s Sheepshead and Game Night is planned for July 26 starting at 6 pm. Come to play Sheepshead or bring your favorite game. If possible, bring a favorite snack or beverage to share. Contact Brad Stanger or Wayne Alexander for details.

Regular Events
The Sunday evening Communion and Devotional Service is being put on hold until further notice. If there is sufficient interest in continuing, the plan will be revisited in the fall. If you are interested in taking communion and aren’t able to attend the morning worship, speak to Kevin Morrill.
The Thursday Morning Ladies’ Bible Class is on break for the summer.
“Color More Worry Less” is planned Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. Please see Christine Saunders for details.
Mid-week study at the building, Wednesday, 7 pm. A Zoom virtual meeting is also set up.
A time of prayer is planned for the second Tuesday of each month at the building, 7:00 p.m., and after morning worship on the first Sunday of each month.
The First Tuesday Men’s Fellowship and Study Group is planned for the first Tuesday of each month (Sept.-June), 6:30 pm, at the building with food. Dan Giombi has details.
The Christian Workers’ Meeting is planned for the third Tuesday of each month, 9:30 a.m. October through May with a Zoom video link. The current theme is “Finding Jesus in the Torah”.

If you have printer cartridges to recycle, a box has been placed where you can put them and support Schultz Lewis Child and Family Services at the same time. Funds are also being raised from “Box Top$ for Education” products when purchased and you scan your receipt with your smart phone using the Box Tops mobile app.
