Results from the MRI that Christine Saunders had done last week, reveal that her M.S. is no longer in remission and she is having what they refer to as an MS attack. Scott and Christine will be meeting with her Dr. to talk about treatment. She is asking for prayers of the church family. She is scared and does not feel strong enough to face this alone.
Genevieve Sear fell recently and has been at the care center at the Manor Park Senior Center. She hopes to return home late next week.
Ann Tevik is recovering from oral surgery last week and hopes to be with us for worship next Sunday.
Brian Williams is requesting prayers for his friend, Tammy, who is suffering from terminal cancer in her brain. Her attitude is very good considering how ill the treatments have made her. Bold prayers that God will heal her as well as for the Spirit to guide Brian as he wittnesses to her at this difficult time.
Mark and Karen Van Handel would like to thank everyone for their support, encouragement and prayers during Mark’s cancer treatments and while Karen’s mother has been hospitalized for a stroke. Her mother was transferred from the hospital in Madison to a rehab facility in Wausau, closer to her home, where she will continue therapy. Also, it has been 6 months since Mark finished his chemo and the results from his follow-up tests will be known this week.
Patricia Young is recovering at home following a recent fall.
