When you plant seed in the spring, are you imagining the harvest? I the effort put forth in watering and weeding, do you have firm expectations of what will be or just a feeble hope for a harvest? The good news is the certainty of a hope that will be realized. Jesus if the first fruits of God’s promise to us of the glory that awaits. To live well is to live today because of God’s promised tomorrow.
