Library Book Review

Hallelujah!  Christ the Savior is born!  Merry Christmas from Your Library!  Check out 2 books during December and receive an ornament.

Are you wondering how you can strengthen your faith?  Check out the Faith section of our library.  “If I Really Believe, Why do I Have These Doubts?” by Lynn Anderson helps with overcoming obstacles to faith and will bring help and hope to every heart searching for a deeper faith.  “The Case for Faith,” by Lee Strobel answers eight objections that are often brought up when someone is struggling with faith and belief.

The 2018 Southside budget has been completed and a copy is posted on the bulletin board just outside the church office.  If you have any questions, please see Brad Stanger.

Dear members and visitors alike, this is a friendly reminder to please fill out the blue connection card for a record of your attendance.  Also, if you have an urgent prayer request please give your card directly to one of our elders, instead of having it picked up in the aisle.  Thank you so much.

Married couples: The family here likes to recognize your wedding anniversary.  If we don’t already have that on record could you please fill in the month and year of your wedding anniversary so we may recognize you.  There is a place to do that on the bulletin board by the kitchen.  Thanks!

We have an attended nursery for small children during morning worship periods in room 2.  We also have a training room at the rear of the auditorium where parents can stay with their little ones while worshipping.

A children’s worship is scheduled to begin near the start of the worship lesson time.  Children’s Worship is intended to provide a time of worship for children age 3 thru Grade 3 and to encourage families with children.

Free CD’s of the Sunday morning sermons are available from Joel Ribar.  Be sure to specify the date desired.  MP3 copies of sermons are also available at the church web site.

The Library is open after classes and the worship period.  Don’t forget to return any overdue books to the library.  There is a book return box located in the entry way next to the picture board.

Please see the bulletin boards for additional announcements.

If you have announcements for this handout, please inform Cliff Copass or Laurie Giombi by Friday Evening.
